This role will make sure data is collected accurately and efficiently from websites and apps. You will be the team's expert to understand user behavior/engagement and stand up a personalization framework with measurable results that benefit our digital teams goals.
Core Responsibilities: • Implementation and Maintenance of Tag Management Systems (TMS): This includes setting up the TMS (like Adobe Launch), creating and managing tags, and ensuring data flows correctly to analytics platforms (like Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Snowflake) and other digital tools like Adobe Target. • Technical Implementation of Analytics and Digital Tools: have an ability to learn new tools beyond just a TMS, including analytics platforms, A/B testing tools, personalization engines, and more. Your role will ensure these tools are properly integrated and collect the right data • Data Quality Assurance: validate data accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and work to maintain high data integrity across all systems. • A/B Testing & Personalization Product Owner: owns and oversees the end-to-end implementation, execution, and optimization of A/B testing while partnering with experts across the business and IT teams. • Collaboration with Stakeholders: work closely with analysts, developers, and other team members to understand tracking requirements, implement solutions, provide technical support and forecast trends for multi-channel reporting. • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: maintain clear documentation of the tag management setup and processes and educate various layers of the organization on the use of data, analyzing data, and best practices. • Staying Up to Date: keep with the changing digital landscape, and ensuring the organization is thinking ahead about new technologies, tools, and techniques in tag management and analytics.
Required Skills/Attributes: • Adobe Target and Launch Expertise: Proficient in managing A/B testing, personalization, and tag management at an enterprise level. • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and data layer implementation. • Analytics Tools: Experience with Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, or similar platforms. • Debugging and Troubleshooting: Proficiency with browser developer tools and other similar tools.
• Experience Level: 8+ years in tagging, testing, and personalization roles.
