What You'll Do

  • Design and Execute Retention Strategies: Lead data-driven programs that inspire repeat visits and purchases, maximizing customer lifetime value.
  • Own Business Performance: Track and establish key retention metrics, ensuring visibility and accountability across cross-functional teams.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Leverage data to identify engagement trends, uncover valuable insights, and improve the customer experience.
  • Lead a High-Impact Team: Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Customer Service to execute retention efforts at every customer touchpoint.
  • Develop Cross-Sell and Upsell Programs: Identify new ways to add value to customers with complementary products and services, fuelling growth.
  • Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with leadership to develop a retention roadmap that aligns with business goals and market demands.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience in retention or customer-focused roles, ideally in a consumer-facing, B2C environment.
  • Expertise in developing and executing retention and customer expansion strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into impactful initiatives.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, able to break down complex issues and implement solutions.
  • Strong business acumen, with a keen ability to balance user experience with commercial needs.
  • You're a great communicator who can build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • You've got experience leading teams and working across departments to get things done.
