Household Manager/ Personal Assistant in Palm Beach Gardens
Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm
No travel
Must be comfortable with dogs (70lb Golden Retriever and 35lb medium size)
Casual/ Semi-formal home
The ideal candidate will have a passion for their role, be flexible and easy going, friendly but not overly familiar, and enjoy an environment of mutual respect and collaboration with the Principals.
Household Manager
Develop and implement daily/weekly/monthly schedule for all house-related tasks and appointments
Inventory and reorder household supplies
Manage external vendor relationships- scheduling visits, managing community gate access, supervising activities on-site, paying invoices for services
Check house and property for needed repairs or maintenance
Assign weekly tasks to handyman
Personal Assistant
Daily review of scheduled appointments and tasks with Mrs.
Daily organization of her closets including hanging laundry and dry cleaning
Assist in packing/unpacking for travel
Local errands as directed (using our vehicle)
Package and mail shipping and receiving
Make restaurant reservations as requested
Other projects such as directed
Schedule vet appointments and food/meds reordering, groomer appointments
Drive Mrs. parents to medical or other appointments (using our vehicle)
