The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist the day spa owner & day-to-day duties including front desk receptionist. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, client communications, cash management, organizational skills, inventory and skin care production.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
Cleaning / Organizing
Retail management
Inventory checks & purchasing
Owner day to day service prep
Shipments/ receiving mail
Restocking supplies
Qualifications
Must be available 3-4x week (tuesday-friday/ 9am- 2pm or later)
Trustworthy
Reliable
Ability to use SQUARE system
Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized & keeping busy
Customer Service- being kind & courteous
Basic cash & money management
