Our leading Retail Manufacturing client is looking for someone to join their customer service team as a Receptionist/Customer service Call-Center representative. This representative will be assisting with front desk coverage as well as being responsible for providing customer service assistance to internal and external customers via email/tickets. As the receptionist, you would be the face of the company whose goal should be to leave an excellent first impression, for everyone who walk through the doors. Some key must have in an ideal candidate include punctuality, personable, excellent written and verbal communication, receptionist experience in a professional setting and customer service experience.
This is role is a potential temp-to-hire, based on worker fit and overall business need.
Responsibilities:
Receive and direct all corporate incoming calls.
Provide general assistance to caller by directing to the appropriate customer service representative or a member of the sales force.
Greet visitors and incoming contacts.
Order corporate office supplies.
Provide general assistance to multiple departments for special projects as needed.
Assist in responding to emails and tickets from ariat.com inquiries.
Maintain corporate contact lists, i.e. office extensions, sales reps, international office locations.
Receive incoming mail.
Taking orders and answer questions relating to stock availability
Assisting consumers with processing product returns and repairs
Order tracking

Maintaining accurate product knowledge in order to answer customer inquires
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Able to maintain composure during busy and/or stressful periods
Reliable, resourceful and punctual
Computer savvy
Excel and SAP experience is a plus
