Insight Global is looking for a PLM Project Administrator to join the team of one of their top energy customers in the Schenectady, NY or Greenville, SC area. This role requires someone to have experience with a product lifecycle management (PLM) tool, and experience with Siemens TeamCenter is a plus. The team is looking for someone who can coordinate multiple projects across different teams within the PLM tool and have the ability to pull reports and track deliverables. Someone who is computer-savvy with the ability to learn new things quickly is essential for this role. A background in an electrical/auxiliary/manufacturing environment is a plus, but not needed. Additionally, this person will be tracking order specifications and coordinating with different sourcing teams and suppliers so strong verbal and written communication is necessary. Overall, the main responsibility of this admin is to coordinate with various global teams and ensure the release of PLM deliverables is managed efficiently. The hours are standard 8am-5pm EST Monday-Friday, but can be flexible.
Skillsets:
Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool (Siemens TeamCenter a plus)
Familiarity with PLM Bill of Materials is desirable
Experience in project organization with successful experience communicating with cross functional teams, external teams and management
Strong computer skills a must
Compensation:
$30/hr to $50/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
