Chief Product Officer

Series B FinTech

Remote (Seattle, WA HQ)

Company:

They enable financial institutions to digitally engage in a secure and compliant way, allowing Credit Unions, Banks, Debt Collectors, Insurance Companies, Lenders, and FinTechs to improve operations, engagement, and productivity.

They have grown 60%+ in the last 12 months, achieved $30m+ ARR, and multiple acquisitions. They are looking for a CPO who can strategize and execute their next phase of growth including: product vision and roadmap, leading them to $100m ARR and beyond, who thrives in growing and leading large SaaS and AI products org.

Responsibilities:
  • Establishing vision for newly integrate product lines: This involves thinking long-term and formulating a plan for the product's future, a product map, with a clear mandate on how to achieve it.
  • Executive Leadership: You will look out for the interests of your team members, motivate them, grow them and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver.
  • Communication and collaboration: Effectively communicate the product vision to stakeholders. Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams. Report on strategy and plans to the CEO.
  • Analytical mindset: You must be able to dig into data, analyze data sets, and interpret them in order to create data-driven strategies to help figure out product trends, customer needs, and product performance.

Applicant must-haves:
  • Scaling: Proven track record as a Chief Product Officer/Head of Product for a B2B enterprise SaaS company that has scaled $20m to $50m+ in ARR.
  • Complex SaaS Product Portfolio: Experience managing multiple product lines or a platform with multiple modules; integration experience is a must.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a senior product leader in a b2b enterprise SaaS company, with a track record of successful product launches.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
