We are seeking a skilled and motivated Scientist II to join a dynamic Translational Biology team. In this role, you will develop and execute in vitro cellular models relevant to fibrotic diseases, supporting groundbreaking research to advance innovative drug concepts into clinical development.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute cellular assays using primary human cells, including 2D and 3D cultures.
Perform molecular and cellular functional assays, including ELISA, qPCR, and cell-based imaging.
Analyze and interpret experimental data, propose follow-ups, and collaborate on cross-functional teams.
Maintain precise experimental records and contribute to scientific protocols and reports.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with safety regulations and standard procedures.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience, or Master's degree in immunology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in tissue and cell culture (primary human cell culture preferred).
Proficiency in molecular assays (e.g., RNA isolation, qPCR, ELISA); imaging-based cellular assays a plus.
Skilled in data analysis tools such as Excel (required) and GraphPad Prism (preferred).
Strong ability to collaborate and adapt in a matrixed research environment.
