Our client has a brand-new opportunity for a qualified Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Commerce, GA. This role will also occasionally work in the Norcross GA location. Must be willing to work in Commerce, GA and Norcross GA with Commerce, GA being the home-based office. This role requires a lot of flexibility and includes on call responsibilities, after hours, occasional overtime and some Saturday's. This technician will be on call two weeks on and two weeks off. Hours will vary on the weeks this technician is on call, and the working hours will be 6AM to 2:30PM on weeks not on call.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide desktop support for onsite users to include executive level support
Resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues
Active Directory experience, managing users and computers
Troubleshooting Windows 10 OS, Office 365, MS Authentication, MS Intune, and mobile issues
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 to 5+ years of related desktop experience, both deskside and remote
Windows 10 OS experience required
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Experience working with a ticketing system (ServiceNow / Remedy / ConnectWise)
Microsoft Intune experience desired
Proficiency in GPO - Group Policy Objects
