What You'll Do:
- Provide technical support for various systems, including Windows, MacBook, retail hardware, and more.
- Assist users with password resets, VPN connectivity, and multi-factor authentication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and networks.
- Deliver excellent customer service with calm and professional communication, even under pressure.
- Utilize ticketing systems to document and manage technical support requests.
What We're Looking For:
- Local candidates only (onsite training required).
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent hands-on experience in tech support.
- Proficiency in:
- Desktop/client support (Windows, MacBook, server, imaging services).
- Retail systems (registers, pinpads, handheld PDT devices).
- User/application support (active directory, VPN, MFA).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Experience with ticketing systems and technical documentation.
