What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a growing team of engineers, establishing best practices in software engineering, testing, and lifecycle management.
Architect and implement scalable systems for processing real-time data from fiber optic sensing networks.

What You Bring
Required Skills and Qualifications:
At least 10 years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Proven expertise in managing and scaling software teams in fast-paced environments.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++, with experience in GPU programming for numerical computations or machine learning.
Extensive background in real-time, high-performance streaming applications.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver exceptional results under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Eligible for U.S. security clearance.
Hands-on experience with fiber optic sensing datasets.
Background in telecommunications or enterprise IT environments.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform.
