Role Summary:
We are seeking a Software Development Engineer with strong experience in Go (Golang) to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our backend systems and services. You will work on complex, distributed systems, collaborate across teams, and drive features that ensure reliability and scalability for millions of users.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize backend systems using Go (Golang) to support scalable, high-performance applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
Implement RESTful APIs, gRPC services, and other backend integrations.
Work on database schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years using Go (Golang).
Proficiency in building scalable backend systems and distributed architectures.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, gRPC, and microservices architectures.
Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and caching solutions (Redis, Memcached).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in large-scale, high-availability environments.
Knowledge of network protocols, security, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SAML, etc.).
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
