Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related subject
Required Skills:
The Chatbot developer shall create applications that automate customer services or other communication processes for client. The developer will design programs using artificial intelligence to communicate with humans via text or audio.
At least 3 years of experience in designing, developing, implementing, and testing Chatbot applications.
Expertise in using Python, R, C++, JavaScript.
Preferred Skills: Dialogflow CX, Google Cloud Functions, UiPath, Node.JS
Day-to-day Responsibilities: Attend daily stand-up meetings, attend designa and grooming meetings 1 - 2 times per week, attend sprint ceremonies. Develop new and update Dialogflow CX agent features to match specified requirements, address tester feedback, write webhook to integrate with backend systems, support UiPath attended automations with O&M activities and enhancements, complete all tasks in a timely manner, as directed
Expected Deliverables: Working chatbot agent, working attended uiPath automations, Technical Design Documents, Jira ticket status updates, develop other deliverables in a timely manner, as directed
