Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Technician provides administration, support, and troubleshoots personal computers, software, printers, and associated peripherals in a managed network environment to ensure a reliable and safe computing system for the staff. Either on the phone or in-person, the IT Technician keeps a high level of respect, professionalism, and empathy to every user seeking help with their system.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and resolution of company and end user technological issues
Testing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting PC hardware, mobile devices, software and associated operating systems
Setup and maintain mobile devices in the MDM platform
Support, train, and maintain client base
Use ticketing system to manage and prioritize user requests and incidents within SLA
Managing users and computers in Windows Active Directory
Providing world class customer services to clients
Follows IT process and procedures updates and create documentation as needed
Use established procedures to set up new users on network, systems, and software packages
Imaging and deploying Windows laptops
Acts as a contributor in and on IT related projects
Maintains Asset Management Inventory, ordering, shipping, and receiving of computers, and equipment
Responsible for Incident Management process to ensure tickets are progressing to resolution in a timely manner

Experience:
1-3 years of experience working in a corporate environment supporting end users and troubleshooting complex environments
Experience using and supporting Microsoft Office 365 Suite of Applications
Experience in MDM
Preferred or Nice to Have:
Working towards or have a bachelor's or associate degree in IT related field
ITIL v3 or v4 Certification
CompTIA A+/Net+ Certified
