Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to lead and drive successful projects from inception to completion? We're seeking a highly motivated Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team! This is an incredible opportunity to play a pivotal role in multi-discipline engineering projects while making a significant impact on safety, quality, cost, and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
Project Leadership: Lead and manage all phases of multi-discipline engineering projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Team Coordination: Build and oversee project teams, ensuring optimal collaboration across disciplines to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
RFP & Bid Management: Guide the creation of RFP packages, manage the bid selection process, and develop clear scope of work documents.
Schedule & Budget Oversight: Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules, control costs, and ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.
Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling strategic planning, budget management, and scheduling.
Contract Management: Manage contract reviews, negotiate and approve prime contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
Risk Management: Conduct internal and external risk assessments and work with relevant teams to mitigate potential issues.
Project Reporting: Provide detailed cost forecasts, track field progress, and ensure accurate reporting on project performance.
Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality assurance and quality control processes, as well as company safety policies.
Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry conferences and committees to support business development and stay informed on trends.
Mentorship: Mentor and guide less experienced staff, helping to grow their skills and capabilities.
Business Development: Drive new business opportunities by leveraging client relationships and developing new revenue streams.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in construction project management, particularly in industries like aviation, energy, oil & gas, water, etc.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Team player with the ability to manage complex challenges.
