Job Opportunity: Land Use/Real Estate Partner or Senior Associate

Position Overview:
A prominent law firm in Concord is seeking an experienced Land Use/Real Estate Attorney to join its thriving practice as a Lateral Partner or Senior Associate, depending on qualifications and book of business. This is an exciting opportunity to work on land use, real estate, and transactional projects for developers, public agencies, and private clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on land use entitlements, zoning, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
Represent clients in hearings before planning commissions, city councils, and other government entities.
Negotiate and draft development agreements, easements, and real estate transaction documents.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex development and transactional projects.
Qualifications for Lateral Partners:
8+ years of experience in land use, real estate, and transactional work.
A minimum $300,000+ book of business.
Proven success in hearings, permitting processes, and client relationship management.
Admission to the bar and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction.
Qualifications for Senior Associates:
3-6 years of substantial experience in transactional real estate and land use matters.
A smaller book of business ($100,000-$150,000).
Strong drafting and negotiation skills with potential for growth.
