Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst with strong SQL expertise and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a keen ability to analyze and improve business processes, bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders. Experience with the Secondary Mortgage Market is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience in the Secondary Mortgage Market is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Familiarity with mortgage industry processes and terminology.
