Duties:
Prepare documents, handouts, and presentations for meetings.
File documents and maintain databases.
Develop and implement administrative procedures.
Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables across teams.
Manage team calendars and follow up on any concerns.
Utilize advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, data mining and extraction, and data manipulation.
Individualize data, translate it into PowerPoint decks, and explain the data clearly.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of business and operations experience.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong note-taking skills.
Experience with Power BI and Tableau.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate stakeholder interactions.
