We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our financial services and wealth management client in Woodland Hills, CA. This individual will be helping to answer phones and assist clients with scheduling appointments or answering basic investment questions. These clients are primarily high net-worth and are seeking financial planning, so customer service will be at the forefront of this role. Other responsibilities include administrative and operational work.
Responsibilities
Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
Supervise the maintenance of office areas
Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
