The Position - Project Manager
We are seeking a friendly and professional Project Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to help support the growth of our business. As Project Manager, you will be part of both project planning and execution. The project manager will focus on projects ranging from $2 to $5 million dollars (5,000+ project man hours). The Project Manager should have the ability to manage 2-4 concurrent projects with a target total value of $10 million. In this role, you will be the lead contact point for the schedule between the general contractor's project manager, generate and negotiate change orders, and create job budgets and schedule values. You will attend regular meetings with the Superintendent to review the project plan, manage risks/issues, and identify upcoming material needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within budget, schedule and scope. Experience with material buyouts and effective handling of project turnover from estimating. The day-to-day responsibilities of the Project Manager include: • Create Key Project Artifacts: Identify upcoming project milestones and customer requirements and ensure that the project plan accurately reflects the progress of the project. Ensure that the project plan, budget, receipts, and key customer documents do not have any discrepancies. • Ensure Project Compliance - identify areas of the project where the project team needs to direct additional time and focus to maintain the project schedule and maintain the critical path. Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. • Leverage Eau Gallie Electric Tools to Keep the Team Aligned - Using the existing tools of the Company, provide the appropriate update to team members and monitor project status. Visit the project site as needed. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize project delivery processes and drive continuous improvement. • Engage Leadership to Overcome Obstacles - As the project progresses, quickly and efficiently identify areas where additional clarification of requirements or support with vendor responsiveness is needed. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

Proven ability to multi-task and handle multiple competing priorities with ease. • Planning and Organizational Excellence: Ideal candidate believes that preparation is key to the planning for the projects at hand, and the ability to foresee, anticipate and lay in schedules pertaining to the involved execution team as well as the other vested parties sets the tone for a successful project. The ability to communicate and adjust as schedules proceed is also pertinent. • Technical Acumen: Hasa mastery of electrical systems; strong background in troubleshooting and repairing complex residential electrical systems. • Technologically Proficient - Proven ability to master new ERP systems andensure that operational processes and activities are documented correctly to generate the right type of reports to guide decision making. Able to efficiently use MS Word, MS Project, and MS Excel; high aptitude to learn new platforms quickly (we use Monday.com and Jonas).

Pay • Job Type: Full-time • Pay: Competitive Salary and comprehensive benefits package • Bonuses: Pay for performance bonuses paid quarterly (based on the profitability of your jobs); average employee bonus is $2,000.00 per year
Vacation and Holiday • 7 days Paid Time Off (PTO) (includes both vacation and sick time); employees receive 12 days of PTO after 5 years of service, PLUS. • 9 Major Holidays paid (New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve) • Eau Gallie Electric Bonus Week (1 additional week of Paid Time Off (PTO) during the week between Christmas and New Years to spend with your family and friends).
Insurance and Retirement • 100% of the company paid health insurance. • 100% matches the company retirement plan, up to 6% of total yearly pay. • $75,000 in life insurance (paid for by the company) • Short term and Long-term disability insurance (paid for by the company) • Access to company therapist and/or minister as needed (paid for by the company)
Continuing Education • Company paid journeyman and master electrician education courses (paid for by the company)

Minimum Requirements
The Project Manager shall meet the following minimum requirements: • Valid driver's license with own reliable transportation. • 5-10 years of experience managing complex electrical or construction projects. • Proven experience managing electrical projects in the commercial sector, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members. • Solid understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and industry best practices. • Other duties as assigned. • Certified Healthcare Constructor is a plus • Previous OSHA Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) certification is a plus • Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field preferred.
