We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Development Administrator for Learning, Talent & Performance. This position plays a crucial role in managing the annual talent cycle, optimizing processes for goal setting, talent reviews, and year-end evaluations. The role also involves overseeing learning and leadership development initiatives, working collaboratively across HR and business teams to ensure effective execution and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Annual Talent Cycle Management:
Streamline and configure processes for goal setting, talent reviews, and performance evaluations.
Conduct testing, launch processes, and track progress against milestones.
Deliver Workday demonstrations for HR and business partners, providing clear and effective communication.
Manage training, communication, tracking, reporting, and analytics for annual Talent and Performance cycles.
Learning and Leadership Development Management:
Configure and improve processes for learning and leadership initiatives.
Design and manage learning events, programs, and attendance tracking.
Support training for content creators and handle related inquiries and approvals.
User Experience Optimization:
Identify and implement new functionalities based on user feedback and emerging needs.
Analyze and measure the impact of initiatives using ROI, KPIs, and other data-driven metrics.
Collaborate with HR and Talent Development teams to enhance reporting and user processes.
Develop instructional materials for employees and HR related to talent processes.
Refine processes to align with Inclusion & Diversity goals.
Regular Talent Development Deliverables:
Generate and provide quarterly learning data reports.
Administer AI tools, including managing content for knowledge bases and ensuring AI bot responses meet quality standards.
Oversee budget management, including contracts, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Maintain and update departmental resources, including intranet content, process documentation, and navigation guides.
Collaborative Support for Talent Development:
Manage education reimbursement approvals.
Serve as a super user for content creation tools like Articulate, Snagit, and Murf, collaborating on the development of training materials.
Respond proactively to client inquiries via email, service portals, and escalated requests.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1-2 years in human resources, talent development, or a similar administrative role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
Experience with learning management systems, particularly Workday Learning, is a plus.
