Live-in Estate Manager for Beverly Hills Estate - Client provides separate home on premises for Estate Manager
This role will deliver front-line hospitality services, interface directly with the Principals, their families, and guests, and serves as their key-point-of-contact in anticipation and execution of their personal service needs and real-time requests. This role also provides individual assistance, steward/butler responsibilities, and oversees traditional household services. The EM ensures that the home is meticulously maintained, all is in proper working order, and logistical operations are running smoothly. House management responsibilities include a daily survey of the home and interiors of all dwellings and maintenance of established interior cleaning schedules, Guest Preference Logs, Household Manuals and Inventories.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Property Management:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the family homes.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and renovations with various contractors and service providers.
Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained and secure.
Maintain a detailed schedule of routine maintenance tasks (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems).
Service Responsibilities - Anticipate and execute all of the Principals' real-time requests, including:
Personal and Concierge Services - Provide top-tier service to families and guests and support their activities. Oversee guest arrivals/departures, including special requests, food, laundry, sightseeing, bookings, Greeting of principals, guests and visitors, answering telephone, and taking messages, general mail and correspondence
Wardrobe & Personal Items - Create and maintain accurate inventories, ensure proper closet organization, and provide skillful packing and unpacking services. Efficiently coordinate the dispatch and receipt of the Principals' clothing and personal items before
arriving at their travel destination and/or to other residences.
Gifting - oversee all gifting, wrapping and stock items when necessary and ensure gifts are
distributed also to other residences.
Travel Logistics - Assist in implementing logistics for travel, including packing luggage tracking, meal service, and special requests.
Technical Support - Oversee home meeting set-up, track subscriptions online accounts, collaborate with assistants and tech team members to troubleshoot, and ensure all house functions are in working order including appliances, AV/IT equipment and systems.
Event Logistics - Assistant in organizing and executing dinner parties and larger events. Oversee food and beverage, table setting/service, décor, flowers, rentals. Coordinate additional staff and vendors as required.
Stocking & Inventory Control - Ensure that residence is stocked with the Principals' desired toiletries, personal items, cleaning products, etc. Oversee inventory of household items, personal products, office supplies, linen closets, and storage areas and ensure all inventories are organized and current.
Traffic Control - Advice team on upcoming household activities, including events, guests,
and timing of activities so that house operations can run as smoothly as possible.
Competitive compensation package between 175k-225k DOE + housing
