LHH is currently partnering with an organization in the Linthicum, Maryland area to find an experienced Project Coordinator to support the growth and expansion of an innovative research program. In this role, you will work closely with the program's Executive Vice President, internal teams, key departments, and external consultants. As the Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and management of the program, with a focus on enhancing operations, events, and overall impact.
This is a temporary-to-hire position with an ASAP start date. The hourly pay range is $28-$33 per hour, depending on experience, with a salary range of $65,000-$70,000 once converted to permanent. The role offers hybrid flexibility, with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote each week. Occasional travel will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the team to define goals, metrics, and success indicators for the program.
Manage day-to-day project logistics, ensuring deadlines are met by coordinating between internal and external teams.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure transparent, effective communication across all stakeholders involved.
Lead the planning and execution of key events
Work across departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
Oversee event logistics, participant follow-ups, and the coordination of multimedia content
Provide on-site event coordination to ensure all activities run smoothly.
Support the sales team by coordinating the management of contracts, deliverables, and related assets.
Assist in the contract processing workflow, including working with legal teams, sales management, and finance to ensure compliance and payment processing.
Collaborate with staff and consultants to expand the leads list, contributing to the program's outreach and growth.
Partner with the Marketing & Communications team to create and distribute print and digital materials that promote the program.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Project Management.
3-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a research, healthcare, or innovation-focused environment.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with advanced Excel skills preferred.
Experience with project management software and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
