What's the position?
We are seeking a talented Analyst - Loyalty to join our growing data team. As a Loyalty Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing customer behavior and providing actionable insights that drive business decisions around customer loyalty. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and data scientists to identify trends, develop recommendations, and create insightful reports to support our customer loyalty experience. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a passion for understanding customer behavior.
What are we looking for?
Strong experience in data analysis and customer behavior insights
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Ability to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior
Experience with loyalty program analysis and metrics
Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) in loyalty programs
Knowledge of statistical analysis and testing methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with a/b testing and analysis
Excellent communication skills to present insights to stakeholders
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field
2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis
Experience with Excel for data analysis and reporting
Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reports
Understanding of customer segmentation and cohort analysis
Experience with data-driven decision making
Basic understanding of statistical concepts and testing methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant field
4+ years of experience in analytics roles
Experience with Python or R for data analysis
Knowledge of customer lifetime value analysis
Familiarity with retention modeling and churn analysis
Experience in the gaming or sports betting industry
Knowledge of loyalty program metrics and best practices
Experience with Snowflake and data warehousing concepts
