This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Kennedy Family Homes LLC located in Suwanee, GA. Qualifications
  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to handle Quickbooks
  • Handle scheduling warranties.
  • Running errands on an as needed basis
  • Filling out permit applications and submitting permits
  • Has a good business sense
