Summary: The HR Shared Services Representative will provide support to the Human Resources department, employees, and external clients. This role involves handling moderately complex HR issues, managing data, and assisting with various HR processes, including payroll, benefits, time off, and performance management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
Respond to HR inquiries via phone or email, resolving issues within defined timelines.
Research and resolve complex HR issues, collaborating with subject matter experts when needed.
Educate employees on HR policies, systems, and procedures.
Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and updates in HR systems.
Assist with data entry, reports, and cyclical HR processes such as compensation and talent management.
Support and train new HR representatives on processes and responsibilities.
Generate reports and handle ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
0-2 years of HR or relevant experience preferred.
Customer service experience required.
Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
