Responsibilities -
Litigation Experience: A solid foundation in litigation, with a preference for experience in medical malpractice defense.
Exceptional Skills: Outstanding research and writing capabilities, along with superior negotiation and communication skills, are essential. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to deadlines is a must.
Academic Excellence: An excellent academic track record (top 20%) and a Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
Licensure: Must be licensed to practice in Missouri, or able gain licensure within a short period of time.
Hybrid or Remote Role: This position is located in Kansas City, MO
Qualifications - Juris Doctor from an ABA acredited law school.
At least two years of litigation experience.
Desire to work in medical malpractice practice, defending health systems and health care related providers achieve favorable resolutions to claims and lawsuits for medical negligence, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and violations.
