With over 40 years of industry experience, 250+ branch offices, 14,500 employees, and over 6.5MM homeowners served, this role will allow you to work alongside some of the most experienced individuals in the multifamily space.
Your new role
The Branch President will direct the overall operations and strategy of an established 250+ client HOA portfolio across the New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Vermont regions. The Branch President will oversee existing operations and will lead the overall strategy for the branch. The Branch President will oversee Community Association Managers, their staff, and the Client Services team. The Branch President will play an active role in employee mentorship, ensuring that staff have a positive experience resulting in client retention and driving growth.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the Branch President role, candidates will possess the following:
Strong background in multifamily property management (7+ years)
Ability to be an effective leader, provide direction, and motivate a team
HOA or community association management experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
