Our client, a snack foods wholesale distributor, is seeking to hire a Customer Pricing Support Coordinator for their Waukesha, WI location. This is a full-time position with a salary of $50K and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401-K with company match) that start on day 1! We are seeking a candidate who has previous experience using MS Access to maintain and update customer/vendor pricing lists in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience inside a distribution environment is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain product item and customer specific pricing information using MS Access Database and Sage 100 ERP.
Produce customer specific price books monthly.
Research and resolve any pricing issues for both customers and vendors.
Perform inventory adjustments, as necessary.
Provide Customer Service assistance and backup the Customer Service Manager as needed.
Provide purchasing assistance when inventory needs to be replenished.
Maintain and update vendor and customer information inside MS Access Database.
Complete rebate processing projects.
Interact with internal departments, customers, vendors, and brokers to help answer questions or resolve issues as they arise.
Manage and update vendor records for accuracy for all vendor reporting.
Primary contact for Buying Groups and coordinate between Buying Groups and IT services for set up.
Primary contact for E-Commerce provider (responsible for monitoring portal for accuracy).
Maintain accurate reporting records for customer accounts.
Required Skills:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel.
Previous experience maintaining and updating customer or vendor pricing lists.
Prior experience with pricing, purchasing, inventory, and customer service.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to research and resolve issues as they arise.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience working inside a distribution environment.
Sage 100 ERP experience is preferred, but not required.
Comfortable working in fast-paced setting that will interact with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
