ABOUT YOU:
You have 5+ years post producing including all aspects of offline and online
You have a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
You are technically proficient in video production, editorial, VFX, sound design, color and finishing
You possess knowledge of industry-standard output specifications for various platforms (Broadcast, Web, Social Media, etc.)
You have the willingness to take calculated risks for innovation
You have an understanding of camera movement and framing for visually appealing content
You have a passion for creating compelling stories and producing impactful content
You thrive in a high paced environment and and are able to prioritize and multitask projects
ABOUT THE JOB:
This role is pivotal in supporting our post-production team in delivering high-quality commercials, branded content, and music videos that exceed our clients expectations. Working closely with our senior post producer, editors, and freelance post-production crew, you'll execute projects efficiently and on schedule. Responsibilities and results will include the below but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
Lead the post production team in managing brand/agency/label projects from bidding through final delivery, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and client satisfaction.
Create and manage project budgets (offline and online) while achieving set profit margins in collaboration with the leadership team.
Collaborate with leadership to develop industry-leading processes and client experiences, continuously refining our approach for optimal outcomes.
Schedule and lead post team and client meetings, providing clear agendas and recaps to ensure alignment on project goals and tasks.
Secure top-tier talent and vendors for projects, collaborating closely with the Head of Production and post vendors to maintain excellence in artist partnerships.
Anticipate and address project roadblocks and bottlenecks, ensuring the team can overcome obstacles and achieve established goals.
Effectively communicate with clients, agencies, and labels to manage expectations and ensure timely project approvals and deliverables.
Motivate and oversee the post team to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time, while also addressing client feedback effectively.
Organize and streamline workflows to meet project deadlines efficiently, ensuring smooth project progression.
Manage and maintain an organized system for sending, receiving, and archiving project assets, ensuring compliance with client licensing requirements.
Review project cuts and milestones at various stages to ensure progress and revisions align with client expectations before final creative reviews.
Identify and recommend new vendors, artists, and talent, facilitating partnership agreements as directed by executives.
Keep the CRM updated with current and prospective post production vendors, ensuring accurate vendor information.
Encourage and mentor growth within the Post Production team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

You are able to be a collaborator to the director and help create post solutions and talk the post and VFX language

Our meetings are efficient and productive, with clear agendas and follow-ups that keep the project on track and all team members aligned towards project goals.
We stay ahead of issues, addressing them promptly to maintain reliability and trust
Our SOPs serve as a playbook for success, meticulously updated and followed to ensure smooth project execution.
Each completed project is meticulously archived, making retrieval a breeze and ensuring no details are lost.
Vendors are eager to collaborate with us, reflecting our reputation for excellence and professionalism.
We consistently add 2-3 top-notch vendors or talents to our CRM monthly, enhancing our post-production capabilities and expanding our network.
Projects are efficiently wrapped up within 1 week of delivery, maintaining momentum and client satisfaction.

Salary range: $85,000 to $115,000 (Base + Bonus Incentive Structure)
