About The Position:

The Sr. HRM-West,works with the our HR leadership,provides leadership and strategic direction for all human resources matters across the company's West Region, facilitates the implementation of related company initiatives, serves as a coach to sector operational leadership and as a liaison between field human resources functions and company leadership.

The Sr. HRM-West implements human resources (HR) initiatives and best-demonstrated practices in conjunction with line management; collaborates with colleagues across the company to identify, develop, and achieve effective solutions.

Position Requirements:

  • US citizenship preferred
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Bachelor's degree in an HR or Business related field, or associate degree and at least 5 years of progressively responsible, related management experience, preferably in HR and Operations
  • Experience with retention, and recruiting, and CA compliance
  • Experience with Employee Labor (Union) Relations
  • Multi-state and multi-site experience
  • Alignment of HR policies with business objectives
  • Routine travel to company sites
