Project Manager, Development (Multifamily or Senior Living Experience Needed!)
Location: Catonsville, MD - On Site + Travel 30-40% (Overnight up to 2 nights only)

Role Overview: As a Project Manager of Development, you will play a key role in managing the design and construction of new facilities, ensuring they meet high standards for quality and performance. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project budgets, monitoring construction quality, and ensuring adherence to design and enterprise guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and review project budgets and change orders.
Monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to design standards.
Escalate issues as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
Attend and document design and construction progress meetings.
Review and verify project pay applications and recommend actions.
Manage punch list and building turnover processes.
Coordinate and verify accuracy of all turnover documents, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
Document and address issues during post-occupancy and warranty reviews.
