The Sr. Manager, People Engagement will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs that enhance the overall employee journey at MIT45. This role will focus on engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and career development opportunities to create a culture where employees feel supported, valued, and motivated to contribute to the company's success. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, operational excellence, and a passion for enhancing the employee experience.
Essential Job Functions:
Improve design and own/execute an employee onboarding program that ensures new hires have a smooth and engaging introduction to MIT45. This includes developing pre-boarding strategies, partnering with hiring managers on personalized onboarding plans, and ongoing post-onboarding support to guarantee a positive and productive experience.
Own and execute people and culture initiatives to embed MIT45's culture and values throughout the organization, turning employees into passionate brand ambassadors.
Develop and implement comprehensive internal communications strategies to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and connected to the company's mission. This includes creating regular communication touchpoints and fostering transparency across the organization.
Create and drive employee engagement initiatives that foster a sense of belonging, inclusivity, and motivation. Develop programs that recognize employee contributions and address feedback gathered from engagement surveys.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop HR programs that align with MIT45's strategic goals. Ensure that these programs enhance the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to career development.
Measure and track the success of employee programs, using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement. Ensure that engagement initiatives are scalable, sustainable, and deliver measurable results.
Serve as a trusted partner to HR and department managers, offering guidance on people and culture strategies.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR program development, or people operations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proven ability to design, implement, and manage programs that enhance the employee experience, with a strong operational mindset.
Experience using HR software and tools (e.g., ADP, Lattice) to manage and track employee programs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
A passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and driving continuous improvement.
