Ultimate Staffing is seeking a corporate Customer Service Specialist for a fast-growing Logistics & Supply Chain company in Irvine, CA! This individual will play a key role in providing administrative support and delivering top-notch customer service to our consumers.
**We are ONLY seeking candidates who can start Full-Time IMMEDIATELY (we will NOT accept any applicants who require a 2-week notice).**
Location: Fully onsite in Irvine, CA 92618
Job Type: Temp-To-Hire
Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Mon-Fri
Scope of the Role:
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be the main point of contact for customer communication via phone, email and online chat support. Additionally, you will be performing administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, placing work orders, account management, and processing invoices.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email and online support chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Data entry into SalesForce CRM system
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Attending workshops and meetings as required
Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved
Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (REQUIRED)
At least 1-2 years of professional or relevant Customer Service experience
We WILL accept applications from recent graduates of a 4-year University!
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
