Job Description:
Office Manager SupportQualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience collaborating with senior management and technology teams.
- Basic understanding of general administration and space/property management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); SharePoint and Jive experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee floor maintenance, including equipment, signage, and confidential bins.
- Track and manage space utilization, including offices, workstations, hotel seating, and conference rooms.
- Coordinate staff moves and departmental reorganizations.
- Facilitate new hire setups, including seating assignments, equipment distribution, and account access.
- Handle requests for hardware, software, market data, and voice services.
- Conduct building audits to ensure accurate employee locations and room configurations; update the space database as needed.
