Office Manager Support

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience collaborating with senior management and technology teams.
  • Basic understanding of general administration and space/property management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); SharePoint and Jive experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee floor maintenance, including equipment, signage, and confidential bins.
  • Track and manage space utilization, including offices, workstations, hotel seating, and conference rooms.
  • Coordinate staff moves and departmental reorganizations.
  • Facilitate new hire setups, including seating assignments, equipment distribution, and account access.
  • Handle requests for hardware, software, market data, and voice services.
  • Conduct building audits to ensure accurate employee locations and room configurations; update the space database as needed.
