Join Our Team: Executive Assistant to the President
Redda Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support the President and play a pivotal role in driving the productivity and efficiency of the executive office for our client. As a key partner to the President, the EA will manage a dynamic blend of business and select personal matters, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role offers the opportunity to interact with multiple departments, external stakeholders, and executives, making adaptability, professionalism, and discretion critical to success.
With a growing team of 57 employees, the EA will be at the heart of a collaborative environment, contributing directly to the company's continued growth and operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the right hand to the President, managing schedules, communications, and priorities.
Coordinate across departments and with external stakeholders to support seamless operations.
Maintain a high level of organization and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.

Responsibilities:
Calendar & Email Management:
Oversee President's calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and time management.
Manage email correspondence, prioritize follow-ups, and ensure timely responses.
Prepare meeting agendas and follow-ups, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Travel & Meeting Coordination:
Arrange business travel, understanding the blend of personal and business schedules.
Manage logistics for meetings, including technology setup (Teams, smart boards).
Support in hosting office events and coordinating vendors as needed.
Project Support & Stakeholder Management:
Handle special projects, including event planning and executive initiatives.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a reliable point of contact.
Assist with select personal tasks as they impact business needs (e.g., coordinating appointments, lunch arrangements).
Technology Use:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and basic meeting tech (smart boards).
Familiarity with BambooHR for timekeeping and basic office software (Canva experience is a plus).
