A financial services client of Insight Global is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Indianapolis, ID!
Qualifications:
3-5 years high volume call center experience
1 years financial service experience within Banking preferably
Desire to lead and direct clients properly
Experience with customer de-escalation
Job Description:
In this role you will be working within retirement services taking around 25-30 calls per day from clients calling about general questions about their IRA accounts, distribution take out, and process transactions. Onsite in Indianapolis days per week.
Flexibility is a key aspect of this role and must be equally comfortable with direct client interaction as well as having the ability to network, research and resolve client operational issues. General PC skills required including experience with Word, Excel and Outlook.
Compensation:
$17/hr to $19/hr
