Role Description

Acts as the customer's voice in the organization to help guide the product roadmap. Drives customer success by delivering proactive support, promoting product adoption, and cultivating enduring client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure Seamless Onboarding: Guide customers through implementation and training to achieve rapid adoption of Referral Triage Pro.
  • Resolve Issues Efficiently: Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering timely resolutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Advocate for Customers: Gather feedback and collaborate with internal teams to influence product enhancements and service improvements.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster trust and long-term partnerships by addressing client needs and driving success in post-acute care referrals.

Hours: Minimum 5 hours a day up to 40 hours per week

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years in a Customer Success role within a SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
  • Geographically in the United States.
