The team needs someone with strong admin skills that is flexible to drive (has reliable transportation) and work between a couple locations as needed for meetings. The desired candidate would need to have experience as an executive assistant/secretary and working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, excel and word.

Calendar management
Filing
Print outs for the auditor's cases, putting the folders together for the auditors
Filling out the information on the case folders
Preparing the claimant questionnaires and typing the claimant letters and sending them out for both paid and denied cases
Typing the employer letters for the denied cases
Must have good organizational skills and technology skills (Word and Excel) and be ready for a fast pace.
Other tasks: scheduling, creating agendas, taking minutes, answering the phone.
