Under general direction from our field Technical Team Lead, perform chiller preventive maintenance, repair, installation and replacement of associated HVAC mechanical equipment, chiller equipment control systems.
Self-starter with a passion/ desire to learn and apply on the job.
Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service-related items.
Ensures work is being performed in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements and operates on the job with the highest of ethics.
Properly completes all required project and service documentation.
Adheres to customer and CKCT safety standards.
Uses best judgment on escalation for critical issues.
Assists in developing quotes and estimates, as appropriate.
Assists with the identification of material needs required for service delivery.
Communicates with customers upon arrival and before leaving the work site.
Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a world class experience.
Assists with keeping customer informed on the nature of service provided outstanding issues and recommends system enhancements, upgrades, and or repairs as applicable.
Conducts self-study (reading, research and practice) to improve and maintain technical proficiency.
Completes all training and certifications as required by the client or CKCT.
Qualifications:
Union Card Holder - Plumber and Pipefitter Local.
High School Diploma, GED required.
High tonnage, absorber experience a plus.
5 + years' experience in general HVAC maintenance.
3+ years' experience in general chiller installation/ maintenance/service.
Air cooled/ water cooled, various compressors.
Clear Motor Vehicle Report.
Ability to pass company drug screen and background check.
Ability to be professional, courteous and pleasant with all clients.
Ability to act independently.
Effective interpersonal skills to represent CKCT properly to customers and other outside contacts.
Ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people.
