Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including answering?phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and?client information.
Customer Service: Assist clients and vendors with inquiries and provide exceptional?customer service.
Office Organization: Keep the office environment organized and efficient, including?managing office supplies and equipment.
Assist with Projects: Support various departments with administrative tasks and?special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or?related field are a plus.
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Office Assistant, Receptionist, or in another relevant?administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
