We're on the hunt for an Office Manager -someone who can keep our office running like clockwork while providing seamless support to our leadership team. This role is the heart of our office and a critical part of our dynamic, collaborative culture. What You'll Be Doing

Office Operations Hero:
• Be the go-to for all things office-related, ensuring a clean, organized, and inspiring workspace.
• Keep supplies stocked, coordinate with vendors, and troubleshoot office hiccups with finesse.
• Plan and execute fun team events that bring energy and connection to the workplace.
• Manage mail, shipments, and deliveries like a pro.

Executive Support Extraordinaire:
• Juggle calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with travel arrangements for the leadership team.
• Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on key action items to keep everyone aligned.
• Assist with creating polished presentations and reports.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Administrative Superstar:
• Support HR in onboarding new team members with desk setups and welcome kits that wow.
• Maintain office records and handle light data entry.
• Help implement new office processes and policies to streamline operations.

Who You Are
Experienced and Adaptable: You have 2-3 years of office management or administrative experience and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Organized and Proactive: You're a multitasker who anticipates needs and loves checking things off your to-do list.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
Friendly and Professional: You build relationships easily and are the person everyone trusts to get things done.
Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things that make a big difference.
