Our client is seeking a bilingual (Spanish) customer service representative to support their customers with product/service issues and payment processes in a fast-paced call center environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with 4+ months contract duration and located downtown Chicago (fully onsite during training, then 3 days/week onsite).
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish) communication skills are required
1 - 3+ years of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
