Job Description:

Our hiring manager is looking for a contract executive assistant to support 6-8 weeks, with the potential to extend and turn long term. We are looking for someone that has supported a CEO in their past role. Someone that is friendly, highly organized and has an attention to detail.
  • Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events on the executive's calendar, ensuring time management and prioritizing tasks.
  • Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, hotels, and transportation for business trips.
  • Correspondence Management: Answering phone calls, screening emails, and routing messages appropriately.
  • Document Preparation: Drafting emails, memos, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Meeting Coordination: Setting up meeting agendas, preparing materials, and managing logistics.
  • Expense Reporting: Processing and submitting expense reports.
  • Office Management: Maintaining office supplies, managing administrative tasks, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion

** Must have experience supporting CEO
