Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator/Scheduling Coordinator to join our client's team in West Loop Chicago. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of large-scale deployment projects. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating communication between various teams to ensure a smooth deployment process. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension and flexible working hours.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to align deployment activities with project goals.
Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to maintain the deployment schedule.
Salesforce Case Management:
Update and maintain Salesforce cases with accurate information related to deployment activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and updates.
Date Management:
Monitor and manage deployment schedules to ensure alignment with project timelines.
Update dates in Salesforce reflecting any changes to deployment plans.
Rescheduling Coordination:
Facilitate the rescheduling process for deployments in coordination with clients and internal teams.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their scheduling preferences.
Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees regarding deployment scheduling and updates.
Communicate changes, delays, or important information to clients in a clear and timely manner.
Documentation and Reporting:
Generate and maintain accurate reports related to deployment progress in Salesforce.
Document key insights and solutions to contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Skills/Education/Experience:
Previous experience in coordination or project management, preferably in a technology or deployment context.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
