Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Documentation Clerk in the Customer Service department at Turkon Line in Secaucus, NJ. The Documentation Clerk is responsible for managing customer orders and documentation, communicating with clients, ensuring shipments are prepared and processed, and monitoring the status of shipments until completion.
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Experience in customer service or administrative positions
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with data entry systems
Experience in the logistics/shipping industry is a plus
