Our client is seeking a Data Analyst who will manage post-event survey program, in partnership with other researchers, for company's largest events in the first half of 2025, including TraliheaDX, Connections, and several World Tour events. This opportunity is located in San Francisco, CA!
Duties:
Responsible for the end-to-end survey process including programming, field management, data analysis, and reporting, all in tight partnership with key stakeholders
Collaborate with team members to analyze results, identify key insights, and generate clear business recommendations
Create data-driven stories that influence senior executives and impact business decisions
Become a strategic partner and trusted advisor to events and keynote stakeholders, driving alignment across multiple stakeholders groups
Manage timelines and drives results on multiple initiatives at a time
Desired Skills/Experience:
5+ years experience, ideally a mix of client and supplier-side market research
Experience with quantitative research methods, using industry-standard survey platforms for both programming and analysis
Ability to translate data and insights into powerful, compelling stories that bring customers to life and inspire action
Proven track record of influencing and inspiring cross-functional peers and senior leaders to act on insights
Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong written communication, verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
