Practice Development Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the success of our operations, customer satisfaction, retention, and growth in Florida and extended Southeast territories (Carolinas, GA, AL, MS, LA, TX, OK, AR, TN).

WiQo USA Inc. is a cutting-edge company at the forefront of innovation in the Medical Aesthetic field, manufacturing and marketing PRX, the only patented Topical Collagen Biostimulator.

As part of our fast-paced growth in the U.S., we are building a dynamic team of successful, self-motivated Practice Development Managers to support our current customer base of plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and medical spas, while also helping our outside sales representative team open high-potential new accounts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Practice Development or as a sales representative, preferably in the Medical Aesthetic field, to make a quick impact on revenue growth within the territory.

Start Date and Location: January 2nd, 2025. Ideally you reside in Tampa/Orlando or within surrounding areas.

Position Overview

As a Practice Development Manager, you will:
  • Conduct onboarding calls with all new accounts, providing essential resources and strategies to support their immediate success and establish a foundation for long-term growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts, assisting them in integrating our products into their practices effectively.
  • Maintain daily follow-ups with accounts to ensure they have the necessary resources, support, and guidance for ongoing success and satisfaction.
  • Conduct fieldwork and travel throughout the determined territory to build relationships, promote our products, and offer in person support.
  • Collaborate with clients to design strategies for growth, retention, and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the overall success of our sales and Internal team by ensuring client satisfaction and supporting operational excellence.
  • Represent WIQO US INC. at events, trade shows, and promotional activities, driving brand awareness and engagement.

Key Details:
  • Compensation: Competitive salary with a performance-based commission plan, details to be discussed during the initial interview.
  • Travel Requirements: Frequent travel within territories, about 25% of the time. Fieldwork is a critical part of this role to ensure a strong local presence and effective client support.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and 2 years of equivalent work experience in sales, marketing, business development, or account management, preferably within the medical aesthetics industry.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment-this is imperative for success in this role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with providers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong written communication skills, with proficiency in crafting professional emails and documentation.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and creativity in handling daily requests for customized solutions, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field to meet the demands of the role.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring consistent follow-through and attention to detail.
