You are responsible for managing our Project Management Team. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPERVISION:
• Assign all work to our Project Management Team.
• Ensure adherence to Project Management Process.
• Hold Project Manager's accountable for project schedules, milestones, due dates and budgets.
• Maintain a high level of communication amongst the Project Management Team, Design Detailers, Department Manager's, Operations Team and Project Leads.
• Know all of our active projects on a deep level and be able to step in to support our Project Managers' as needed.
• Run our weekly Production meeting.
• Conduct yearly reviews of all members of the Project Management Team, assessing their performance, successes, and weaknesses. Provide clear and concise feedback that allows each employee to understand where they are at and how to meet both personal and professional goals.
• Work with the Project Management Team to hit margin and profit goals, drive cost-aware decision making, motivate best practices for purchasing, and encourage aggressive subcontractor strategies.

TRAINING AND MENTORSHIP:
• Train and oversee all of our Project Managers in the use of our current project management tools, and software, including the use of Runn for resource scheduling.
• Actively manage, coach, and motivate the Project Management Team to meet their goals and minimize risk.
• Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss a range of issues that affect the project management team. These meetings are used to discuss current overall project management challenges, celebrate wins, review processes discuss strategy, and disseminate new information.
• Meet with individual Project Managers on a regular cycle to review current work, challenges, and capacity.
• Foster a strong and effective relationship between our sister company Luci Creative and our Project Management Team.

REPORTING:
• Meet regularly with the Executive Leadership Team to provide project updates, red flags, schedule changes, and project budget status.
• Attend all project wrap meetings and help to assess project success or weaknesses in the area of Project Management.

COMMUNICATION:
• Maintain open, honest, and clear communication.
• Always listen carefully and ask questions to best understand a point of view.
• Remain attentive to the needs of the Project Manager's and others, responding promptly to all requests.
• Meet with the Director of Production weekly to discuss work load, projects, challenges and areas of improvement.

STRATEGIC:
• Periodically review our Project Management Process and other process documentation to ensure we are working as efficiently as possible.
• Embrace our belief in continual incremental improvement and actively participate in making improvements and adjustments to maximize efficiency.
• Advise on issues of capacity as it relates to Project Management and Design Detailing.
• All decisions, large and small, are guided by minimizing risk and maximizing efficiency.
• Freely share information and skills, point to areas of improvement, and monitor Key Predictors of Success.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Wear protective eyewear at all times on the shop floor.
• Sit for prolonged periods.
• Travel may be required.
• Regular hours are 7AM - 4PM, with additional hours as needed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
• Relevant degree/diploma, professional certification, or equivalent work experience/demonstrated skills.
• PMP accreditation is a strong plus.
• Minimum of 7 years' managing or directing a Project Management Team.
• Ability to break down and understand complex projects and processes.
• Ability to communicate proficiently and proactively with all personnel.
• Ability to direct multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Uncompromising attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Frequent use of creativity when problem solving.
• Highly developed skill using MSOffice, Excel, Project, Runn or other project management software programs.
