Job Overview
You will support the Program Engineering Manager (PEM) and various Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads on a daily basis. You will be responsible for assisting the PEM/IPT in managing the cost, schedule, and performance of work directives.
Key Responsibilities
Tasks may include, but are not limited to:
Developing and maintaining Project Planning Workbooks.
Supporting Control Account Manager (CAM) duties for work directives (WDs).
Conducting risk management activities.
Maintaining program schedules and developing project plans.
Developing or reviewing estimates.
Monitoring work and expenditures to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
Supporting program management reviews and Lifecycle Management activities.
Preparing status reports and other program documentation.
Developing and analyzing program metrics, including staffing.
Coordinating, proofreading, managing, and assembling program deliverables for customers and internal status reports and tracking documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field of study
Minimum 8 years of related experience Basic project management / project controls experience such as scheduling, risk and / or planning
Some experience with program financial reporting and analysis
Proficiency in PM Compass for monitoring earned value MS Project, Access, and Visio Excel Pivot Tables
Able to manipulate reports generated in PowerBI Technical knowledge of defense systems
